Flowchart 1

Definition : A diagram illustrating the path a process follow.
 
Purpose : Help identify redundancies inefficiencies, and misunderstandings. Used when teams are identifying problems, analyzing problems for causes, and planning solutions.
 
Procedure :
  • Decide on the starting and ending points of the process.
  • Brainstorm to record all the activities and decision points involved in the process.
  • Arrange activities and decision points in sequence.
  • Using this information, create the flowchart.
  • Analyze the flowchart.
