Primary care study
The World Health Organization's
(1978) call for " Health for all by the Year 2000 " has been
converted into wide-ranging health targets, and many countries have developed
local health strategies to meet these targets. One of the strategies is
to develop research culture in health service. At present, there is no
well-organized research unit on Primary Health Care established in Hong
Kong. The PDQA supports practice-based researches that have impact on
primary health care.
